Genting is an integrated tourism site where you are able to find the accommodation, entertainment, casino, theme park, dining, conventions and shopping. It matched one of the characteristics of Disneyization, hybrid consumption. Inside there, you can find the 5 star hotel, grand shopping mall, attractions such as water park, amusement park, extreme park, wildlife park and scream park. Each of the park has different theme to cater to the need of tourists. For example, those who love wildlife may visit the Wildlife Park to get really up close, interact and learn from friendly cuddle wildlife friends. So the theme of the park is based on wildlife. Another example would be the Extreme Park. If you love the extreme kind of activity, it is a must visit place because the All Terrain Vehicle rides, glide like a sugar glider through the 203 meters flying fox. So again, the parks are based on theme.

In order to operate 7-Eleven store, franchise fee has to be paid to get the license. The signboard used is consistent throughout the Malaysia. And also, what is being sold inside the shop is roughly the same. So it is one of disneyization in Malaysia from the merchandising dimension.

Another of disneyization in Malaysia. Same as 7-Eleven, franchise fee has to be paid first before you could start the business. The foods sold and layout of the restaurant are the same for all the outlets. Again, it is the dimension of merchandising of Disneyization. The sale of the foods in the form of copyright logo.
AFAMOSA RESORT MALAYSIA, MALACCA
A resort where you are able to find everything inside range from accommodation, food and beverage, water world, animal world and golf resort. The animal world and water world are based on theme too. The animal world consists of those animal which live on the land. Hence, there is a theme exists too.
ASIAN HERITAGE ROW, KUALA LUMPUR
One of the theme based restaurant located in the heart of the city. The design of the restaurant is based on the Asian heritage theme. It encompasses a row of 80 years old prewar houses- long abandoned and ignored- that have been sympathetically restored as a series of hip establishments. It is also an all inclusive place which encompasses restaurant, cafes, bars, clubs and lounges. So it is the theming and hybrid consumption dimension of disneyization.

It is a nature theme based resort whereby all the design of the resort is to complement the surrounding tropical forest. The features include inside the resort are health club with gym, massage, sauna, hot and cold plunge baths, limousine, tennis court and pool.
